"Sprague Families in America", by Dr. Warren Vincent Sprague, page 23. William Sprague resided at Lebanon and Columbia, CT. He and his wife were members of the Congregational Church of Columbia and were buried there. 1751, Dec. 26. He deeded to El ijah Tisdale, for 2,100 pounds, a farm with dwelling house, barn, tan house and shop standing by the highway. 1783, March 3. He and son William sold 135 acres for 630 pounds to Dan Carpenter of Tolland. |
